Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into development pipelines
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in at least three emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
