- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, AGI)
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Champion ethical AI and sustainable design principles across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Proven track record launching market-defining tech products (3+ case studies required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, biotech, or decentralized systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from World Futures Society)
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
