Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and R&D teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of future-ready solutions across organizational units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or speaking engagements in tech innovation forums
