- Spearhead cross-functional teams of 15+ specialists to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Secure $5M+ in venture funding through compelling technical narratives and investor pitches
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry leaders
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise-level complexity
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, blockchain architectures, or neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing federal grants and private equity for tech innovation
- Published research in Nature, Science, or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication with C-suite executives and policymakers
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three industry-disrupting technologies
