Responsibilities
- Architect and lead R&D projects for 2026-era technologies including quantum machine learning
- Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists
- Develop patentable solutions in AI ethics and sustainable computing
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present innovations at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Drive implementation of cutting-edge security protocols for emerging tech
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or blockchain 3.0
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with DARPA or similar high-impact funding agencies
