- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech fields including generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and spatial web
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum research labs and AI innovation centers
- Translate futuristic concepts into scalable commercial products with global impact
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in cutting-edge technology domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy roles
- Proven track record commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on next-gen technology applications
- Deep network within DARPA, IARPA, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/C++) and ML frameworks
