Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026 technology horizons, including quantum-resistant cryptography and adaptive AI systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with strategic implementation roadmaps
- Mentor junior architects in ethical tech development and future-proofing principles
- Collaborate with C-suite on long-term tech strategy and market positioning

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech innovation
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or distributed ledger systems
- Proven track record of shipping production-level futuristic solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex tech ecosystems
