Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography and AI-augmented decision systems
- Lead research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and synthetic media
- Develop integration roadmaps for Web3 infrastructure and decentralized identity solutions
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm performance
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing principles, neural networks, and distributed ledger tech
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI/ML systems at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Strong background in ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Experience with hardware-software co-design for next-gen computing
- Certification in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq) or equivalent
