Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of next-gen tech prototypes (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, carbon-negative systems)
- Architect scalable frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 5-10 year market potential
- Develop ethical guidelines for AI/ML deployment and sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Mentor R&D teams in agile development methodologies for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/sustainable tech)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or circular economy tech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and ESG compliance standards
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
