In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, guiding our engineering teams toward breakthroughs in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, identifying emerging trends before they become mainstream.
- Lead high-level strategic planning for the integration of Generative AI into core product lines.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and external partners to secure funding and resources for R&D initiatives.
- Oversee the evaluation and adoption of bleeding-edge technologies, including Neural Networks and Edge Computing.
- Mentor senior engineering leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving tech landscape to ensure business resilience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Strategic Planning.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
- Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning, Data Science, and Cloud Architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on future-proofing business models.
