Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap specifically targeting milestones and capabilities for the year 2026.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
- Oversee the development of scalable, secure, and future-proof software architectures.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or a senior engineering role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing complex, future-oriented technology strategies.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models.
- Strong background in system architecture and scalable software design.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry trends up to 2026.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
