- Manage the full interview process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements and create compelling employer value propositions.
- Utilize advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion rates.
- Represent Nova Nexus at industry conferences and tech meetups to build a strong employer brand.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our recruitment strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing technologies and talent pools.
- Expertise in sourcing tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).
