Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with market trends and technological advancements.
- Architect Advanced AI Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of next-generation AI models, including predictive analytics and generative interfaces.
- Pilot Quantum-Ready Systems: Research and prototype technologies that prepare our infrastructure for the quantum computing era anticipated by 2026.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation Teams: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish Future-Proof Standards: Create architectural frameworks and coding standards that ensure long-term scalability, security, and interoperability.
- Monitor Emerging Technologies: Continuously assess emerging tech trends (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced edge AI) to identify competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Masterβs Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading major digital transformations or greenfield product launches.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical AI implementation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
