As we look ahead to the transformative years of 2026 and beyond, we need a leader who can anticipate the next wave of disruption in AI, Quantum Computing, and Generative Systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our infrastructure and products are not just ready for the future, but are driving it.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the company’s 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key technological trends and innovation opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) to forecast their impact on business operations.
- Define the long-term technology stack and architectural vision required to support scalable growth.
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate complex technical visions into clear business strategies and KPIs.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives for next-gen technologies.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technical Architecture within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically those relevant to the 2026 timeframe (e.g., AGI, Spatial Computing, Edge AI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
