Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends that will disrupt our industry.
- AI Integration: Lead the strategic adoption of Generative AI and Machine Learning models to enhance product capabilities and efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for bleeding-edge technologies, including predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business strategies for C-level executives and investors.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and future tech compliance.
- Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in leadership or architecture.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, cloud architecture, and emerging tech stacks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying market opportunities and translating them into technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Innovation: A portfolio or history of driving innovation and implementing 'future-proof' solutions.
