- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven insights
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready digital transformation frameworks
- Mentor technical teams on forward-thinking methodologies and disruptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience building and scaling tech innovation labs or corporate venture arms
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with market-defining impact
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
