Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural networks, and biometric authentication
- Architect scalable systems for AI-driven predictive analytics and autonomous operations
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech into commercial solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and data governance
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior engineers on future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech innovations
- Strong background in systems architecture and cloud-native development
- Certification in future technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, IDC)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
