Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with long-term business goals and industry trends.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech landscapes to identify disruptive technologies and emerging opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with tech innovators, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct deep-dive research and prototypes to validate the viability of futuristic concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Advise on the allocation of R&D resources to maximize ROI on future-facing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term visions and executing complex roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment.
