- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year impact potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into organizational DNA
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and investors through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor innovation lab teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE preferred)
