- Architect 2026-ready tech roadmaps integrating AI ethics and quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen SaaS platforms for Fortune 500 clients
- Identify and capitalize on emerging tech trends (Web3, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive patent development in AI ethics and sustainable technology domains
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-vision planning
- Proven track record scaling enterprise AI/quantum initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in Web3 infrastructure, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit or Google Cirq)
- Experience securing federal grants for emerging tech R&D
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
