Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and articulate a comprehensive technological roadmap for 2026, aligning innovation goals with corporate strategy.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor global technology trends, identifying disruptive innovations (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) relevant to our sector.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Assess current technological assets and recommend investments in new tools or platforms to drive efficiency.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for the 2026 fiscal cycle.
- Market Positioning: Analyze competitor technology stacks to ensure we maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or Product Strategy within the tech industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term roadmaps (3-5 years) with a focus on future-proofing business operations.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, digital transformation frameworks, and industry-specific tech stacks.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical and technical audiences alike.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
