In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in identifying, evaluating, and integrating next-generation technologies—ranging from Generative AI and Quantum Computing to Extended Reality—into our core product ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Lead the annual strategic planning committee to define the 2026 Technology Roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Bio-tech) and assess their viability for integration.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and stakeholders.
- Identify potential disruptions in the market and develop contingency strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to pilot new technologies relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for future tech adoption and measure success metrics.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through major technological transitions.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and digital transformation trends.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
