- Establish strategic partnerships with frontier tech labs and academic research centers
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including synthetic biology and advanced AI
- Drive adoption of predictive analytics and generative AI in product development lifecycles
- Lead technology scenario planning for global market disruptions
- Mentor future tech talent through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Certification in Ethical AI Design or Quantum Architecture (preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 tech journals
- Portfolio of deployed systems using next-gen technologies (2020-2025)
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized protocols
