- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and Web3 infrastructure
- Conduct market analysis of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, biotech integration)
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech innovation
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-driven allocation decisions
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and other innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in generative AI, blockchain, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in Python, Kubernetes, and cloud architecture
- Certification in Technology Foresight (APF or similar)
- Experience leading teams across 3+ time zones
