Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTe) or Technology Foresight
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (healthcare/finance)
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, or similar innovation bodies
