Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability goals and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems with embedded ethical governance frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and academic research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in biotech, neurotech, and decentralized systems
- Design scalable tech adoption frameworks for enterprise clients navigating 2026's digital transformation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics with 7+ years of strategic tech planning
- Proven expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and AI governance frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or sustainability tech (IEEE, Nature, or similar)
- Experience leading $5M+ digital transformation initiatives in regulated industries
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., AnyLogic, System Dynamics)
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
