Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, and sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of leading $50M+ tech initiatives
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on future tech trends
- Certification in quantum systems architecture (AWS Quantum, IBM Q)
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (ITU, WEF)
- Fluency in future-tech simulation platforms (QuantumLab, FutureSim)
