Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen user experiences
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology projects
- Build and mentor a team of 5-7 future technology specialists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record leading AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong background in sustainable tech and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with venture capital and startup ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
