Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated 5+ year foresight track record
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into executable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
