Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovations with business objectives
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
- Identify emerging tech risks and develop mitigation frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record of executing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in innovation portfolio management
