Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech applications
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps in regulated industries
- Certified in quantum computing (e.g., IBM Q) and machine learning architecture
