- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven risk/benefit analysis
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for 2026 tech initiatives
- Mentor a high-performance innovation team while maintaining agile development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD strongly preferred)
