- Design neural-human interface frameworks for healthcare and education sectors
- Manage $2M R&D budgets for experimental technologies

- Partner with MIT and Stanford on quantum computing research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing (2018-2023)
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions to 10M+ users
- Certification in quantum algorithm design from IBM or Google
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (IEEE 7000-2024 standards)
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance for national tech infrastructure projects
