Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, bio-integrated systems, climate tech)
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and geopolitical implications for innovation strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and investment committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Published research or proven track record in emerging technology forecasting
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to global implementation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent
