Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech integration
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Translate technical capabilities into scalable business solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technology deployment
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Manage innovation pipeline with KPI-driven prioritization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products/services
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Foresight Institute)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
