Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, bio-digital interfaces) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and C-suite executives
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to commercial success
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics frameworks
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
