- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-backed impact analysis
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and emerging technology adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia and industry leaders to accelerate breakthrough innovations
- Oversee patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and market trend analysis
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
- Demonstrated success in securing $10M+ R&D budgets or venture capital funding
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred for global partnerships
