Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of technology initiatives on revenue and market position
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage annual $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
