- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on biotech-AI fusion research initiatives
- Present at Davos and CES to establish industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent breakthrough experience
- 5+ years leading quantum computing or generative AI projects
- Proven track record of securing $3M+ in R&D funding
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Fluency in Python, Q#, and biotech APIs
- Speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (AWS re:Invent, Google I/O, etc.)
