Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy encompassing quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU quantum research consortia
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Drive patent development for at least 3 core technologies annually
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 tech adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and ethical tech standards
- Executive-level experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry authority
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global collaboration
- Proficiency in AWS Quantum Services, TensorFlow Quantum, and PyTorch
- Validated experience securing SBIR/NIH grants for frontier tech projects
