Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech) and develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Identify and partner with startups and research institutions pioneering 2026-relevant technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Develop patentable solutions for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Coordinate with sustainability teams to ensure all innovations align with net-zero goals
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and tech evaluation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in emerging tech analysis or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, bio-integration, decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives from concept to market
- Strong understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech impact predictions (2018-2023)
