Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop proprietary technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Represent Nexus at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in AI/ML implementation at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of quantum computing applications and ethical frameworks
- Certified in emerging tech strategy (e.g., Gartner, MIT Professional Education)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., IEEE, TechCrunch)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies (SAFe, LeSS)
