Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and sustainable computing frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum-resistant security protocols and next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market expansion into emerging economies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech adoption
- Drive patent development for proprietary tech solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainability)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with >$50M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Strong network with global tech innovators and research institutions
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
