- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Architect scalable frameworks for future-proof digital infrastructure
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive patent portfolio development for breakthrough innovations
- Maintain competitive analysis in rapidly evolving tech landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation forums
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets
