- Research and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with long-term business vision
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with cutting-edge research institutions
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in strategic planning frameworks and scenario modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
