- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for R&D initiatives
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford research labs on experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
- Experience with patent prosecution and IP portfolio strategy
