Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive tech opportunities
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive ethics-by-design principles in next-gen technology deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products or initiatives
- Expertise in futures methodology, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong background in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI governance, or spatial computing
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
- Experience managing global innovation ecosystems and R&D partnerships
