Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams and products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Published research on technology forecasting or ethical tech frameworks
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory landscapes
