Responsibilities
- Lead development of comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month execution plan
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI) and assess market viability
- Design cross-functional innovation frameworks bridging R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive leadership quarterly
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech incubation team
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or corporate venturing
- Proven track record developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Strategic certification (e.g., INSEAD Strategy, MIT Future Tech) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets and cross-geographic teams
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
