Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering teams to align technical feasibility with strategic vision
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to access cutting-edge research
- Define KPIs and metrics to track strategic initiatives and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products from concept to market
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
